Questions, answered
Are my photos or contacts uploaded?
No. Phone Cleaner analyses them on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
Can I get deleted photos back?
Yes, for a while. Nothing is deleted until you confirm in the app and in the iOS alert, and deleted photos go to the Recently Deleted album in Photos, where iOS keeps them for about 30 days.
What if I merge the wrong contacts?
Tap Undo. The original cards are kept on your iPhone for 24 hours after a merge.
Is Phone Cleaner free?
Yes. Every cleaner and tool is free to use. Phone Cleaner Pro is an optional upgrade.
How do I cancel Phone Cleaner Pro?
Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions and cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
I bought Pro on another iPhone. How do I get it back?
Open the Pro screen or Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same Apple Account.
Does it work with limited photo access?
Yes. It works with the photos you allow, and you can add more any time in iOS Settings › Phone Cleaner › Photos.
Which iPhones are supported?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
